Melatonin reduces the time it takes to fall asleep, a benefit that is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.
While MATRIS hops promote relaxation and improve the quality of sleep in a long-lasting way throughout the night.
Linden also promotes relaxation in case of stress and improves sleep.
With sweeteners.
Chamomile and vanilla flavor.
Ingredients
Maltodextrin, coated hop extract MATRIS [hop strobili dry extract (Humulus lupulus L.), shellac, talc, ethylcellulose], flavourings, L-theanine; sweeteners: sorbitol, sucralose; lime flowers dry extract (Tilia platyphyllos Scop.); anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; melatonin.
Gluten free.
Naturally lactose free.

How to use
Take 1 stick pack in the evening before bedtime. Pour the contents directly into the mouth and swallow without chewing.
