How to use
Reserved for adults.
Take 1 single dose per day.
It is possible to renew the treatment several times during the year.
Take the single dose with the narrowest part facing upwards and, using both thumbs, press down.
One trick to opening the bottle is to keep a single, empty dose and use it to open the one you want to drink until it breaks.
Pour the contents into a glass of water or fruit juice (125 ml).
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Treatment can be renewed several times a year. Contains caffeine (approximately 5 mg per single dose). Not recommended for children or pregnant or breastfeeding women. A dietary supplement cannot replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. This product does not replace a varied diet. It should be used as part of an appropriate low-calorie diet, following a healthy lifestyle with a good level of physical activity. If this diet is followed for prolonged periods, exceeding three weeks, it is advisable to consult a doctor.
