Ingredients
Bulking agent: sorbitol; water; stabilizer: glycerol; ethanol, California poppy extract (Eschoscholzia californica Cham.), concentrated lemon juice [Citrus limon (L.) Burm. f.], melatonin, natural flavor; sweetener: steviol glycosides from stevia.

How to use
For adults only. Shake well before use. 2 sprays under the tongue during the night if waking up. Hold the bottle upright. For first use, prime the spray pump with 2-3 sprays.
Warnings
Not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding. If you are taking antidepressants, sleeping pills or other sedatives, consult your doctor before taking this food supplement. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A food supplement cannot replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Excessive consumption may have laxative effects.
