Description
Food supplement based on creatine, arginine, BCAA (or branched chain amino acids in a 2:1:1 ratio), mineral salts, vitamins and folic acid enriched with eleutherococcus extract.
Specifically, vitamins C, B6, B12 contribute to maintaining correct energy metabolism, the immune system and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
Magnesium and potassium salts are useful for replenishing water and salt losses and for supporting muscle function.
The presence of eleutherococcus, a tonic-adaptogen capable of improving memory and cognitive functions, enriches the formula, making the product useful in all cases of poor nutrient intake with the diet or increased need in periods of tiredness and exhaustion.
It is also suitable for athletes and can be taken before or after activity.

How to use
It is recommended to take one or two sachets during the day, dissolved in 200 ml of water.
For athletes, it is recommended to take it before (recharging) and after physical activity (recovery).

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not use in case of allergy or individual hypersensitivity to one or more ingredients.
