Description
Food supplement with calcium, zinc, magnesium, vitamin C and vitamin D that contribute to the maintenance of bone tissue; magnesium and vitamin D contribute to normal muscle function and zinc to the maintenance of skin, nails and hair.
Ingredients
Calcium bisglycinate; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; calcium carbonate, magnesium oxide, calcium salts of orthophosphoric acid, potassium citrate; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, talc; film coating (glazing agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; anti-caking agent: talc; colouring: titanium dioxide; stabiliser: polyethylene glycol), L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), zinc bisglycinate, manganese pidolate, boric acid, copper bisglycinate, silicon dioxide, beta-carotene, cholecalciferol (vitamin D).

How to use
It is recommended to take two tablets a day to be swallowed with plenty of water.
