Chondroitin sulfate is a macromolecule belonging to the category of glycosaminoglycans and together with hyaluronic acid and proteoglycans, they are important structural constituents of the extracellular matrix, which supports connective tissues such as cartilage, tendons, muscles, bones. The formula is completed by hydrolyzed collagen, one of the most important and representative structural proteins of our body and vitamin D. Vitamin D is involved in the mineralization of bones and above all facilitates the absorption of calcium and phosphorus at the level of bone tissue. It also contributes to the maintenance of muscle tissue and participates in numerous regulatory and modulatory processes of defense of the immune system. There are different types of collagen and type II, being made up of wider and thicker fibers, is mainly found at the level of the joints where it carries out its function. Over time, the wear of cartilage and tendons and the slowing of endogenous synthesis of some important structural substances of connective tissues, such as collagen itself, can lead to osteoarticular stiffening. How to use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet per day.
