Description
Supplement containing carnosine, minerals, vitamins, and other nutrients. Carnosine is a substance naturally present in muscles, ginger promotes joint function, while vitamin D contributes to maintaining normal muscle function. Additionally, iron, manganese, B vitamins, and vitamin C combat tiredness and fatigue and promote normal energy metabolism.

How to use
We recommend taking 7 tablets once or twice a day at any time (7 to 14 tablets per day); it is recommended before and after intense physical activity. Close tightly after use.
