Description
Tablets formulated with melatonin that help reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. They are enriched with lavender, which combats stress and promotes a normal mood, chamomile and valerian, which promote sleep and relaxation, and vitamin B6, which helps reduce tiredness and fatigue.
For a good sleep: indicated to help reduce the time required to fall asleep and to promote relaxation, even in case of stress.
Against jet lag: they help alleviate the effects of jet lag: the beneficial effect is obtained by taking, shortly before bedtime, a minimum of 0.5 mg of melatonin (equivalent to half a tablet) on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at your destination.

Bulking agents: sorbitol, microcrystalline cellulose; Spirulina algae (Spirulina platensis) powder; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) root extract tit. valerenic acids 0.8%, chamomile (Matricaria recutita chamomilla L.) flower extract tit. apigenin 0.3%, lavender (Lavandula angustifolia Mill.) flower extract tit. essential oil 0.5%, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), natural flavoring, melatonin; sweetener: sucralose.

How to use
Take one tablet half an hour before bedtime. The tablet can be dissolved in the mouth or chewed. Take it if you plan to sleep for at least 6 hours. The beneficial effect of reducing the time it takes to fall asleep is achieved by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Use of the product is contraindicated in cases of known individual hypersensitivity or allergy to the product or any of its components. Food supplements should not be considered a substitute for a varied and balanced diet combined with a healthy lifestyle.
