The product is formulated so that its sequential intake brings added value to the integration of butyric acid and microencapsulated probiotics.
Butyric acid is indicated in case of increased need or reduced intake of this nutrient.
Prebiotics and probiotics promote the balance of intestinal flora.
Indicated for the dietary management of colopathies with altered mucosal trophism. Each pack contains two separate blisters:
– Blue blister: 10 coated tablets; the tablets contain butyric acid and GSE (Grapefruit Seed Extract). The enteric-coated tablets allow them to dissolve in the colon, resulting in a sustained release of butyric acid. The "sustained release" of butyric acid in ColonLife is patented;
– Red blister: 10 capsules; the capsules contain probiotic strains (BR 03; LP 01; LRE 02) and FOS (fructooligosaccharides). These active ingredients promote a balanced intestinal flora. The probiotic strains are microencapsulated, which protects them from gastric acidity.
The separate or sequential administration of butyric acid, GSE, probiotic strains and FOS in ColonLife is covered by patent.

Ingredients
Blue blister: calcium butyrate; stabilizers: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; bulking agent: cellulose; grapefruit seed powder (Citrus x paradasi Macfad), film coating (glazing agents: anionic methacrylate copolymer, talc, triethyl citrate); anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids.
Red blister:
- powder: fructooligosaccharides, Bifidobacterium breve BR03 (DSM 16604), Lactobacillus plantarum LP01 (LMG P-21021), Lactobacillus reuteri LRE02 (DSM 23878);
Capsule: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC).

How to use
The use of ColonLife must always be supported by your doctor, both in terms of how to use it and its duration.
We recommend taking ColonLife according to the following sequential schedule, unless otherwise indicated by your doctor:
– for the first ten days 1 tablet in the morning (blue blister);
– for the next ten days 1 capsule in the morning (red blister).
The sequential regimen of use can last between 2 and 12 months.
It is recommended to take the tablets and capsules whole, away from meals and under medical supervision.

Warnings
ColonLife must be used under medical supervision. The product is indicated for the dietary management of colopathies with altered mucosal trophism and should not be used for other dietary supplement needs. The product should not be used as the sole source of nutrition. Keep out of reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
The product contains live, heat-sensitive probiotic microorganisms. The expiration date applies to the product in its intact packaging and stored properly.

Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct light, at a temperature not exceeding 25°C.
Shelf life in intact packaging: 24 months.
