Description
Creatine-based supplement, suitable for athletes, with added minerals, vitamins, and other nutrients. Creatine is useful for increasing physical performance during repetitive, high-intensity, and short-duration activities*. Additionally, calcium, iron, phosphorus, magnesium, manganese, B vitamins, and vitamin C promote energy metabolism, helping to combat tiredness and fatigue.
*The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine.

How to use
We recommend taking 5 tablets one to three times a day at any time (5 to 15 tablets per day). Recommended before and after intense physical activity. Reseal tightly after use.
For an athlete's diet, you can take up to a maximum of 30 tablets (corresponding to 6 g of creatine) per day for no longer than a month.

Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and should be used as part of a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Due to the presence of creatine, the product is intended for adults only. Do not use during pregnancy.
