Intoleran Daily Fibre Support is made from prebiotic guar bean fibre combined with ginger extract.
The product is designed to supplement the daily intake of fiber and promotes intestinal functionality and regularity of bowel movements.
Intoleran Daily Fibre Support is a 100% tasteless, soluble powder that is easy to add to water, yogurt, juice or smoothies.
The product is low in FODMAP and is therefore suitable for a low FODMAP diet.
Intoleran Daily Fibre Support contains prebiotic fibre from guar bean combined with ginger extract. The product is designed to supplement the daily fibre intake and supports intestinal function and regularity of bowel movements1*. Intoleran Daily Fibre Support was developed by our dieticians based on the latest scientific knowledge and is considered the ideal fibre supplement. Guar seed fibre is also known as PHGG (Partially Hydrolyzed Guar Gum) and SunFiber®.
Supplement your daily fiber intake
Health organizations such as the World Health Organization (WHO) recommend consuming at least 25-30 grams of dietary fiber per day, when in reality we only consume an average of 20 grams. With two level scoops of Intoleran Daily Fibre Support, you supplement your fiber intake by approximately 9 grams, equivalent to the fiber content of 4 slices of wholemeal bread. This helps you achieve an adequate intake of dietary fiber, an important component of a varied and balanced diet.
Soluble and tasteless
Intoleran Daily Fibre Support is tasteless and 100% soluble in food and drinks. Unlike other fibres that can give foods a gel-like consistency, guar bean fibre does not affect the taste or consistency. Therefore, it can be easily added to water, yoghurt, juices, sauces, soups or smoothies. This makes Intoleran Daily Fibre Support particularly easy to use and allows you to integrate it into your daily routine easily.
Prebiotic fiber
Intoleran Daily Fibre Support contains prebiotic guar bean fibre from SunFiber®.
Like other fibers, SunFiber® fibers are not digestible by the human body and reach the colon unchanged. There they are fermented and serve as a food source for beneficial intestinal bacteria. What makes SunFiber® fibers unique is that they undergo a natural fermentation process, giving them special properties such as excellent solubility in foods and beverages and a fermentation process in the colon that is not too fast but still complete. This is in contrast to, for example, inulin fibers, which are fermented quickly, and psyllium fibers, which are less soluble in water.”
Ginger extract
Intoleran Daily Fibre Support contains tasteless ginger extract. This extract is derived from the root of the ginger plant Zingiber officinale Roscoe and contains 1% bioactive compounds (gingerols and shogaols). Ginger extract supports bowel function and regular bowel movements*.
Low FODMAP
Intoleran Daily Fibre Support is certified low FODMAP by Monash University in Melbourne, Australia. This makes it an ideal product to supplement your fibre intake during a low FODMAP diet, where you need to avoid certain fibre-rich foods such as grains, vegetables and fruit. Intoleran Daily Fibre Support is also 100% vegan.

Usage: The powder can be added to drinks or foods (cold or hot) without altering the taste, smell, color or texture. Add to water, yogurt, fruit juice, pasta sauce, soup or a smoothie!
Recommended Dosage: Take 1-2 scoops of daily fiber support (5-10 grams) daily or as directed by your dietitian or physician. Gradually increase until you reach your daily fiber requirement of 25-30 grams (women) or 30-40 grams (men). It is recommended to drink plenty of fluids when increasing your fiber intake.
A 15ml (5 gram) scoop is included in the package. One 5 gram scoop contains 4.3 grams of guar bean fiber and 150 mg of ginger extract.
