Alcohol, water, Pimpinella spinosa (Poterium spinosum L.) bark of the main roots, prickly pear [Opuntia ficus-indica (L.) Mili.] cladodes, Gymnema [Gymnema syfvestre (Retz) R.Br.] leaves, Momordica (Momordica charantia L.) fruits.
