Steamed white bean flour, steamed chickpea flour, steamed hulled yellow lentil flour, steamed hulled yellow pea flour, essential amino acid blend 3% (L-isoleucine, L-leucine, L-lysine, L-methionine, L-phenylalanine, L-threonine, L-tryptophan, L-valine).

How to use
Cooking: bring the water to the boil and cook for 2/3 minutes on low heat in plenty of water.
The seasoning: avoid tomato sauce, which could give a bitter aftertaste due to the high concentration of mineral salts naturally present in legumes. Instead, it is recommended: sautéed vegetables, various pestos, fish.
Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place.
