Dimann Comfort
Natural intimate cream that relieves intimate discomfort of various kinds and protects the intimate mucous membranes from the aggression of bacteria and other pathogens.
The absence of particular contraindications allows the use of Dimann Comfort Cream even in pediatric age and during pregnancy.
Apolactoferrin. Makes the immune system more effective against microbial attack. Has a broad-spectrum antibacterial, antiviral and antifungal activity.
D-Mannose. It attracts bacteria and toxins present on the vulvo/vaginal mucosa and allows their expulsion. It prevents the formation of biofilm produced by bacteria to defend themselves.
Calendula. It has anti-inflammatory, antifungal and antibacterial properties.
Coconut Oil. It counteracts and reduces the inflammatory process. It has an efficacy comparable to common synthetic antifungals used in the case of Candidiasis. It also hinders the production of bacterial biofilms.
Lapacho. Purifies and detoxifies the mucous membranes. Counteracts the tendency to develop allergies and local intolerances. At a nervous level, it reduces neuropathic pain.
Acetylcysteine. It breaks down the protective biofilm of bacteria, making them weaker and more sensitive to our immune defenses. It has antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and immunostimulant properties.

How to use
Apply a thin layer of Dimann Comfort Cream to the area (skin or mucosa) affected by the symptoms or to the entire vulvar area.
It is advisable to apply it before going to sleep, to avoid the cream being absorbed by the fabric of underwear.
Apply daily for daily protection or, in the case of inflammatory conditions, until the symptoms resolve and/or the local swab becomes negative.
Dimann Comfort cream is formulated for application on skin and mucous membranes.
DO NOT INGEST. Avoid contact with eyes, in which case rinse thoroughly.
Dimann Comfort cream is contraindicated in case of known hypersensitivity to its components or to one of its excipients.
If irritation occurs, discontinue application and try again after a few days with a small amount of product.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years.
Dimann Comfort cream is free from artificial flavours, its particular natural smell disappears after a few minutes
