Description
Dietary supplement containing vitamin C, vitamin D, vitamin A, vitamin B6, folate, iron, copper, and vitamin B12, which contribute to the normal function of the immune system. Chromium contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism and the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels; vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress; zinc, vitamin B8, and selenium contribute to the maintenance of normal hair; thiamine and iodine contribute to the normal function of the nervous system; and vitamin K contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and normal blood clotting. It also contains niacin, pantothenic acid, and vitamin B2, which contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue; molybdenum, which contributes to the normal metabolism of sulfur-containing amino acids; and magnesium, which contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism.

How to use
We recommend taking one capsule per day. For children over three years of age, dissolving the capsule contents in liquids (water, milk, tea) can make it easier to take.
