Dr. Brux Rilax Invisible anatomical daytime bite for bruxism

Dr. Brux Rilax is a bite that helps relieve physical tension caused by daytime bruxism and is aimed at all those who, during the day, due to stress, worries, hyperactivity and anxiety, involuntarily clench their teeth (daytime bruxism) resulting in fatigue of the facial muscles.
Often these tensions can be the cause of headaches, neck pain, muscle contractures and back pain.

Use
Your bite in three simple steps:

Phase 1: Preparation:

A kettle or saucepan to heat the water;
A bowl to hold the heated water;
A clock or timer;
A mirror to facilitate the positioning of the bite;
Follow the instructions below carefully to get a correct adaptation of the bite. The adaptation must be made on the teeth of the upper arch.
Phase 2: Adaptation

Boil water for 3 minutes and pour it into a container;
Remove the bite from its case and take the fitting fork, tilting it downwards, and insert it into the bite through the holes present;
Insert the bite into your mouth to become familiar with the subsequent maneuvers;
Hold the fitting fork and completely immerse the bite in boiling water for 7 seconds;
Remove the bite from the water and shake it vigorously to eliminate any residual water and let it cool for a few seconds, this way the bite will be hot but will not burn;
Slightly widen the sides of the bite to make it easier to insert the teeth. Be careful that the sides of the bite do not bend inward and get bitten;
Stand in front of a mirror and insert the bite into your mouth, closing your teeth without clenching too much;
Keep your lips closed for at least a minute and suck firmly to eliminate the air inside your mouth;
While sucking, compress the bite from the outside against the dental arch by applying light pressure with your fingers on the mouth and from the inside push with your tongue on the front incisors for at least a minute. It is important that the bite is made to adhere to the teeth and not to the gums.
Phase 3: Stabilization

After a few minutes, remove the bite from your mouth and immerse it under running cold water;
Detach the “X” support tab from the bite, which is now ready to be worn;
If the bite is not very stable, repeat the customization operations.
Care and hygiene:

Before putting it back in its box, wash it thoroughly with toothpaste and a toothbrush. About every two weeks use denture cleaning tablets or soak the bite in mouthwash for about 10 minutes;
Failure to clean the product leads to the proliferation of bacteria with a consequent formation of unpleasant odors and plaque deposits.

Warnings
Do not use if:
You are under 14 years old;
You have not developed permanent teeth;
You wear removable dentures or orthodontic appliances;
The adaptation fork is still inserted in the bite;
Always ask your dentist for advice before using Rilax;
Do not throw away the adaptation device because, if your dental situation changes, you can always remodel (up to a maximum of 10 times) the bite without altering its physical-mechanical characteristics;
Never wash the bite with boiling water and avoid placing it near heat sources;
Dr. Brux is made of EVA (Ethylene-Vinyl-Acetate), a thermoplastic material;
Contains no silicone.
