Valerian, Hops and Passionflower promote relaxation and sleep even in case of stress. Passionflower also promotes physiological mental well-being. Melatonin contributes to reducing the time required to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg, shortly before bedtime. Vitamin B6, in addition to contributing to the normal functioning of the nervous system and psychological function, is indicated to promote the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; vitamin B6, melatonin. Coating agent: sucrose, corn starch, maltodextrin. Thickener: gum arabic. Colorant: titanium dioxide (E171), shellac, carnauba wax, beeswax.
