Demineralized water; emulsifier: vegetable glycerol E422; hydroglyceric extract of birch leaves (Betula pendula Roth), flavoring, concentrated juice of blueberry fruit (Vaccinium myrtillus L.), dry extract of pineapple stems [Ananas comosus (L.) Merr.] titrated at 0.3% in bromelain, dry extract of red vine seeds (Vitis vinifera L.) titrated at 30% in proanthocyanidins, hydroglyceric extract of Centella aerial parts [Centella asiatica (L.) Urb. syn. Hydrocotyle asiatica L.]; thickener: guar gum E412; coloring: sulphite ammonium caramel E150d; acidity regulator: citric acid E330; preservatives: potassium sorbate E202, sodium benzoate E211.
Gluten free.
Naturally lactose free.

How to use
1 to 2 sticks per day. Dilute each stick in at least 500 ml of water, shake, and drink throughout the day, preferably between meals.
