Description
A dietary supplement containing Cascara sagrada and green anise, useful for intestinal health. Cascara helps maintain intestinal regularity, while anise promotes regular gastrointestinal motility and gas elimination. Both ingredients contribute to digestive function.
Ingredients
Lactose monohydrate; Bulking agent: Powdered cellulose; Cascara sagrada (Rhamnus purshiano L.) bark dry extract (supported on lactose ), Green anise (Pimpinella anisum L.) fruit powder; Bulking agent: Cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose; Anti-caking agent: Magnesium salts of fatty acids.
Contains lactose .

2 tablets twice a day, swallowed with water without chewing, preferably morning and evening.
Warnings
Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Do not dispose of in the environment after use.
In rare cases, spastic gastrointestinal disorders may occur. In these cases, dose reduction is necessary. Chronic use or abuse may result in electrolyte losses, particularly potassium, albuminuria, and hematuria. Pigmentation of the intestinal mucosa is also possible, but this is harmless and regresses once the drug is discontinued. Potassium loss can lead to cardiac dysfunction and myasthenia gravis, particularly if cardiac glycosides, diuretics, and corticosteroids are taken concomitantly.
Interactions with other medicines
None reported. With chronic use/abuse, the resulting potassium loss may intensify the effects of cardiac glycosides and antiarrhythmics. Potassium depletion may be exacerbated by thiazide diuretics, corticosteroids, and licorice (dry extract, root).
Contraindications
Ileus, acute inflammatory bowel disease (Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, appendicitis), abdominal pain of unknown origin. Pregnancy, breastfeeding, and children under 12 years of age.
Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place.
Shelf life in unopened packaging: 24 months.
