Ingredients
Each tablet contains:
40 mg of Chaste Tree ( Vitex agnus-castus L. , fruits), extract titrated to 0.6% aucubin.
80 mg of Black Cohosh ( Cimicifuga racemosa Nutt. , rhizome), extract titrated at 2.5% total triterpene glycosides.
50 mg of Ginger ( Zingiber officinalis Rosc. , rhizome), extract titrated at 5% gingerols.
30 mg of Hyaluronic Acid in collagen matrix (BioCell Collagen - Hydrolyzed Collagen).
12.5 mg of Zinc.
A gluten-free product. Does not contain soy, lactose , or genetically modified ingredients.

How to use
We recommend taking 1 tablet per day, swallowed with a glass of water in the evening, preferably before going to bed.
The effects are usually felt between 2 and 5 weeks.
Warnings
Store in a cool, dry place. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and should be used as part of a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
