Description
Supplement of creatine, mineral salts, vitamins and other nutrients, intended for adults who practice intense physical exercise. Creatine increases physical performance in case of repetitive, high intensity and short-duration activities. Rhodiola, eleutherococcus, ginseng and astragalus have a tonic-adaptogenic action. In addition, rhodiola and ginseng are useful, together with magnesium, vitamins B2, B3, B5, B6, B12, C and folic acid, to combat tiredness and excessive fatigue.

How to use
It is recommended to take 6 tablets one to three times a day at any time (6 to 18 tablets per day); suggested before and after intense physical activity. Close carefully after use.
