Description
Food supplement of valerian, hops, Californian poppy, hawthorn with melatonin.
Melatonin helps reduce the time required to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.
Valerian and Californian poppy promote relaxation and sleep in case of stress.
Hawthorn promotes relaxation and mental well-being.

Valerian (Valeriana officinalis L., root) es tit. 0.8% valerinic acids, hops (Humulus Lupulus L., flower) es; bulking agents: cellulose, cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose; California poppy (Eschscholzia californica Cham., aerial part) es tit. 0.2% protopine, hawthorn [Crataegus laevigata (Poir.) DC., flowers and leaves] es tit. 3% vitexin, coating [glazing agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; colourings: calcium carbonate, colourings: brilliant blue FCF (aluminium lake), cochineal; anti-caking agent: talc, stabiliser: glycerol]; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; melatonin.
Gluten free.
Lactose free.

How to use
Take 2 tablets daily with a glass of water.
