Food supplement composed of 10 plant extracts, including psyllium, plum, chicory, boldo and cinnamon which promote regular intestinal transit.
Psyllium, in particular, also has a prebiotic effect and an emollient and soothing action on the digestive system, while cumin promotes the elimination of gas.

How to use
We recommend 1 tablet per day for intestinal regularity, 2 tablets per day to promote intestinal motility. We recommend taking the tablets with plenty of water and drinking repeatedly throughout the day.
