Description
A dietary supplement particularly suitable for people with sleep disorders; it is a valuable aid in stressful situations that make nighttime rest difficult. It is also useful for regulating circadian rhythms and promoting the body's adaptation to jet lag. The sublingual spray format facilitates rapid absorption of the active ingredient.
Suitable for vegans.
Ingredients
Melatonin; stabilizer: glycerol; purified water; emulsifiers: polyoxyethylene sorbitan monooleate and lecithins ( soy ); acidifier: citric acid; flavoring; preservatives: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate.
No added sugars, synthetic sweeteners, artificial colors, GMOs and gluten .

How to use
Spray 1-2 sprays under the tongue. One spray provides 0.5 mg of melatonin. The beneficial effect of reducing the time it takes to fall asleep is achieved by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime. The beneficial effect of alleviating the effects of jet lag is achieved by taking a minimum of 0.5 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at your destination.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Use is not recommended during pregnancy and/or breastfeeding. Excessive consumption may produce laxative effects.
Conservation
Store at room temperature.
Shelf life in unopened packaging: 24 months.
