How to use
It is recommended to use the product approximately 30 minutes before tackling the performance. Use 1 sachet in approximately 200 ml of water for medium-duration performances, 2 sachets (in 400-500 ml of water) in case of intense and prolonged physical effort.
To optimize the body's hydration and obtain the best results, it is recommended to drink approximately 200 ml of water only 10-15 minutes before starting the performance, in case of particularly high external temperatures.
Contraindications
In cases of kidney disease, during pregnancy and under 12 years of age.
Warnings
In case of prolonged use (over 6-8 weeks) a doctor's opinion is necessary. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age.
Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place.
The expiry date refers to the product in its intact packaging, stored correctly.
