Description
Ferrocento Act is a dietary supplement containing iron, folic acid, and vitamin C, useful in cases of increased need or reduced dietary intake of these nutrients, particularly for women of childbearing age, pregnant women, and breastfeeding women. Ferrocento Act contains SunActive Fe, a special microencapsulated iron salt with high bioavailability, tasteless, pleasant to consume, and no unpleasant aftertaste, and Quatrefolic, folic acid in a biologically active form. Folic acid supplementation increases maternal folate status. Low maternal folate status is a risk factor for the development of neural tube defects in the fetus. Vitamin C enhances iron absorption.

Sunactive Ferro - Ferric diphosphate (ferric pyrophosphate) (on maltodextrin and sodium chloride); Shell: Food gelatin, Firming agent: glycerol, Coloring: Iron oxide; Sunflower oil; L-ascorbic acid; Emulsifier: Sunflower lecithin; Thickener: Mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; Quatrefolic - (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid, glucosamine salt (vegetable).

How to use
We recommend taking 1 softgel daily.
The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily supplemental intake of 400 mcg of folic acid for at least one month before and up to three months after conception.
Warnings
