Food supplement based on plant extracts, Magnesium, Vitamin C and Myo-inositol. The individual ingredients contribute to general psycho-physical well-being and help combat disorders related to menopause.

Magnesium Heavy Oxide: Mg 60.32%, red clover (Trifolium pratense L., root) dry extract titrated in total isoflavones at 40%, chaste tree (Vitex agnus castus L., fruit) dry extract titrated and standardized to 0.5% in agnuside, dioscorea (Dioscorea villosa L., root) dry extract titrated and standardized to 16% in diosgenin, black cohosh (Cimicifuga racemosa L., rhizome) dry extract titrated and standardized to 5% in total saponins, nettle (Urtica dioica L., root) dry extract, titrated to 0.4% in beta-sitosterols, valerian (Valeriana officinalis L., root) dry extract titrated to 0.8% in valerianic acids, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid) 100%, mallow (Malva officinalis L., leaves and flowering tops) dry extract 1:4 chestnut (Castanea sativa M., leaves) dry extract, myo-inositol, noni (Morinda citrifolia L., fruit) dry extract titrated at 15% in morindine; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agent: vegetable magnesium stearate; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide.

How to use
2 capsules per day, one in the morning before breakfast, one in the evening before going to bed.
