Description
Food supplement that promotes the physiological elimination of intestinal gas.
Aboca Sweet Fennel seeds are characterized by their essential oil content (2.5 ml/100 g) with a high concentration of anethole. This is the most representative component and is responsible for the aromatic activity and well-known beneficial properties of this medicinal plant, which promotes the physiological elimination of flatulence.
Ingredients
Sweet fennel seeds (fruits).
How to use
One filter is enough to prepare one cup of infusion (about 100 ml).
Pour the boiling water into a cup containing the filter bag and leave to infuse for 5-7 minutes, taking care to keep the container covered to avoid losing the more volatile substances.
To sweeten, we recommend using honey.
Warnings
Pregnant or breastfeeding women and children are advised to consult their doctor.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
