Description
Food supplement based on phytosterols or plant sterols, herbs, vitamins and other nutrients. Plant sterols contribute to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels. The beneficial effects are obtained with the intake of at least 0.8 g of plant sterols.
Particularly rich in: chromium, which contributes to the metabolism of macronutrients and the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels; selenium, which contributes to normal thyroid function and spermatogenesis; vitamin B6, which helps regulate hormonal activity.
Product suitable for vegans.
It does not contain preservatives, colorants, flavorings or synthetic sweeteners.

Ingredients
Phytosterols of plant origin; bulking agents: gum arabic, microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; vitamin C (ascorbic acid), citrus hesperidin, gamma oryzanol, vitamin E of plant origin (D-alpha-tocopheryl acetate), vitamin B3 (inositol hexanicotinate), dunaliella (Dunaliella salina) thallus (algae) es (titrated at 10% in beta-carotene); anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate of plant origin; activated vitamin B2 (sodium riboflavin 5-phosphate), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), vitamin B5 (calcium pantothenate), activated vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate), vitamin A (retinyl acetate), chromium picolinate, activated folic acid (calcium L-methylfolate), sodium selenite, biotin, activated vitamin B12 (5-deoxyadenosylcobalamin and methylcobalamin).

How to use
It is recommended to take 4 tablets one to three times a day during meals (4 to 12 tablets per day). Close carefully after use.

Warnings
Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and should be used as part of a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The product should be kept out of reach of children under three years of age.
While taking this supplement, it is recommended to consume fruits and vegetables regularly to help maintain adequate levels of carotenoids. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose, avoiding the consumption of more than 3 g of plant sterols per day (corresponding to 12 tablets).
Nutritionally unsuitable for pregnant women, breastfeeding women and children under 5 years of age.
The product is not intended for people who do not need to control their blood cholesterol levels. People taking cholesterol-lowering drugs (to lower cholesterol) should take the product only under medical supervision.
