Description
A medical device based on Liguflos—a plant-based complex—and hyaluronic acid that restores the natural lubricating function of the tear film. The product is useful for soothing and preventing eye irritation, alleviating the burning sensation caused by aggressive external agents or prolonged eye strain, and treating red eyes. It is particularly suitable for those suffering from dry eye syndrome (decreased tear production).
Fitostill Plus eye drops perform a physiological hydrating, refreshing, soothing and protective action on the eye, as a result of the following mechanisms of action:
- barrier action: forms a protective film on the ocular surface that counteracts inflammation;
- lubricating action: limits rubbing between the eyelid and the ocular surface;
- wetting action: it forms a reticular structure that retains water on the ocular surface, providing and maintaining an adequate level of humidity;
- antioxidant action: reduces free radicals generated by inflammation of the mucosa.
Indicated for the treatment and prevention of red and tired eyes. It is particularly suitable for those suffering from dry eyes, a condition characterized by mild redness, a gritty feeling in the eyes, burning, photophobia, a feeling of wetness, itching, and eyelid pain upon awakening.
Furthermore, the product is indicated in cases of redness, burning, itching and sensation of foreign bodies due to:
- external agents, both direct (atmospheric dust, pollen, low humidity, wind, salt air, cold, intense solar radiation, use of contact lenses) and indirect (use of the computer or television, prolonged reading, attention when driving);
- allergic phenomena, conjunctivitis, chronic blepharitis, eye surgery or other inflammatory processes.
It is also suitable for frequent use, several times a day, and can be used by contact lens wearers, even when they are already in. The product can also be used on children aged 3 and over.

How to use
It is recommended to instill 2-3 drops in each eye one to three times a day. The single-dose vial is resealable, so once opened, it can be closed and used within 12 hours. The single-dose vial's closure system is patented to prevent accidental opening.
For correct use of the product, follow these instructions:
- open the single-dose vial by turning the cap counterclockwise;
- apply the product by lightly pressing the single-dose vial;
- to close the single-dose vial, turn the cap upside down and insert it, pressing carefully onto the body of the single-dose vial.
Fitostill Plus eye drops can also be used by those who wear contact lenses even after they are in place.
Fitostill Plus eye drops are also suitable for frequent use, several times a day. The product comes in single-dose vials and is intended for single-patient use. Fitostill Plus eye drops are packaged in convenient, sterile single-dose vials, free from preservatives and colorants. A slight coloration is due to the plant-based component of Liguflos.

Components
1 single-dose vial (0.5 ml) contains: Liguflos vegetal complex 0.10 mg, based on flavonoids (LPME extractive fraction of chamomile ligulate flowers), hyaluronic acid sodium salt 1 mg, distilled chamomile flower water 25 mg, vegetable glycerin, dibasic sodium phosphate dodecahydrate, sodium chloride, monobasic sodium phosphate monohydrate, water.
The extractive fraction contained in the product is obtained through an exclusive technological process, called LPME (Liquid-Phase Microextraction), developed by Aboca research.

Warnings
The product is for ophthalmic use only. During application, do not touch the eye or any other surface with the dispensing tip of the single-dose vial. Do not use if you have a known hypersensitivity or allergy to one or more of the components. If you experience any discomfort during use, discontinue use and consult a doctor.
SIDE EFFECTS
Fitostill Plus eye drops are generally well tolerated. However, if you notice any side effects related to the product or its use, inform your doctor and/or pharmacist and the manufacturer, Aboca, using the contact information provided in this leaflet. In the event of a serious incident, also inform the competent authority in your country.
Keep out of reach of children. The expiration date applies to the intact and properly stored product. After opening the foil pouch, the product should be stored as indicated above and returned to the pouch. Do not separate the contents from the outer packaging and the leaflet, in order to have all the information necessary for correct use of the product.

Conservation
Store at room temperature away from heat sources and protected from light.
Shelf life in intact packaging: 24 months.
