How to use
Shake well before use.
It is recommended to take 10 ml (equal to 14 g) of product dispersed in liquids or taken as is, up to 3 times a day (equal to 42 g) preferably before or during breakfast and lunch.
Warnings
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Consult your doctor before taking this product during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
