AEROSOL NEBULIZATION
Description
4-speed nebulizer and valve system (breath enhanced).
Guaranteed drug stability thanks to its special materials. The HI-4 nebulizer, thanks to specific tests, guarantees 100% stability and characteristics of the following most commonly prescribed medications: Salbutamol (Ventolin), Beclomethasone Dipropionate (Clenil), Budesonide (Pulmicort/Pulmaxan), and Acetylcysteine (Fluimucil).
How to use
- Inhalation valve : The three valves located on the top of the nebulizer open mechanically thanks to the airflow generated by the patient's inhalation, drawing in additional air from the outside. The airflow from the compressor and the airflow from the outside increase the micronization activity inside the nebulizer and speed up administration to the patient.
- Expiration valve : the expiration valve remains closed during the inhalation phase to prevent the drug from dispersing into the environment, and then opens during exhalation to direct the exhaled flow outwards, without mixing with the drug still present in the nebulizer.
- 4-speed dial : the various delivery speeds can be adapted to the patient's breathing capacity, up to double in the IV position, while maintaining the optimal particle size for effective depositing in the airways.
