Immunotone

Food supplement based on extracts of astragalus, echinacea angustifolia and purpurea, blackcurrant and propolis, honey, vitamin C, zinc and lactobacillus acidophilus; contributes to the normal function of the immune system.
Echinacea
It is an adaptogenic plant that allows to improve the body's resistance to external attacks by stimulating the immune system. Echinacea contains echinosides, glycosides, inulin, resin and sesquiterpenes.
Blackcurrant
Blackcurrant extract is a valid aid for irritation of the respiratory tract: it helps the well-being of the nose and throat.
Propolis
It has a valid immunostimulant action and is able to increase the body's resistance against viruses and bacteria, especially by stimulating the activity of white blood cells.
Vitamin C
Important compound with antioxidant activity, it has an immunostimulant action.
Zinc
Essential element that influences growth and is indispensable for the functioning of the immune system: it acts on the mediators of the immune system (peptides and cytokines), for this reason zinc plays a key role in the activation of the main lymphatic system responsible for our body's defenses.
Tyndallized Lactobacillus acidophilus
Obtained by controlled heat treatment (50°C for 30 minutes). This treatment kills the microorganism, without significantly modifying its biological-functional properties. In particular, the ability to:
• stimulate immune responses, through the activation of macrophages, increasing their ability to eliminate invading microorganisms, degenerated cells and toxic substances.
• Produce cytokines involved in immune homeostasis.
• Prevent the adhesion of enteropathogens including Escherichia coli, Listeria monocytogenes, Salmonella Typhimurium and Yersinia pseudotuberculosis.
• Promote the selective growth of Lactobacilli already present in the digestive tract, with resulting suppression of the growth of pathogenic and putrefactive bacteria.
Tyndallized lactic ferments are resistant to acids (gastric juice), digestive enzymes and bile acids; furthermore, they are stable at room temperature for long periods (3 years). All this makes them a valid alternative to live lactic ferments, which can undergo drastic reductions both at the level of formulation of the preparations and in the digestive tract before reaching the colon.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 vial per day, as is or diluted in a little water. Shake well before use.

Warnings
For pregnant or breastfeeding women, it is recommended to seek medical advice. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be considered as a substitute for a varied diet.
