Description
Food supplement based on melatonin, dry fennel extract, caffeine, theanine, vitamin B1 and vitamin B6. Melatonin is a hormone produced by the pineal gland, whose activity is essential in various phases of sleep, especially during REM (Rapid Eyes Movement) phases. Melatonin helps reduce the time required to fall asleep by taking 1 mg shortly before bedtime. Melatonin helps alleviate the effects of jet lag. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking, shortly before bedtime, a minimum of 0.5 mg on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at your destination.
Fennel promotes digestive function and the drainage of body fluids.
L-theanine is an amino acid commonly found in tea (Camellia sinensis L. infusion). Its chemical structure is very similar to that of glutamine, a ubiquitous molecule normally present in the human body, a precursor of some neurotransmitters such as: dopamine and GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid).
Vitamin B1 and B6 contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
Ingredients
Purified water, fructose, theanine, fennel (Foeniculum vulgare Miller, fruit) tit. 0.5% in essential oils, caffeine, vitamin B1 hydrochloride; acidifiers: citric acid, potassium citrate; vitamin B6 hydrochloride, flavouring; thickener: xanthan gum; preservatives: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate; melatonin; sweetener: sucralose.
Gluten and lactose free.

How to use
It is recommended to take Ipnocefal drops as is or diluted in a little warm water or milk. Shake the bottle well before use. Ipnocefal drops can also be taken by people with intolerance or sensitivity to gluten and lactose.
1 ml/day (equal to two doses with a pipette with a 0.5 ml mark).
Warnings
Any slight variations in colour and taste and the possible formation of suspendable precipitates upon shaking are linked to the normal variability of the ingredients of vegetal origin and are not indicative of an alteration in the quality of the product.
Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources, at a controlled temperature not exceeding 25°C.
Validity with intact packaging: 24 months.
Validity after opening: 1 month.
