Description
Nutritionally complete, high-fat, low-carb powdered food containing a blend of oils and milk proteins (casein and whey protein), with added amino acids, carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals, trace elements, and fiber. Contains long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acids (LCPs), docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), and arachidonic acid (AA). Contains sugar and sweetener.
Indicated for the dietary management of drug-resistant epilepsy and other pathologies where the use of a ketogenic diet is indicated (for example, carbohydrate metabolism disorders, pyruvate dehydrogenase deficiency, type 1 glucose transporter deficiency).
It can be used to administer the ketogenic diet with LCT.

How to use
The amount of formula and dilution should be determined by the doctor, and depend on the age, weight and clinical condition of the patient.
The recommended dilution is 14.2% weight/volume. A higher dilution may be prescribed by your doctor based on your individual needs.

To ensure this high-fat food is well tolerated, when starting the ketogenic diet, it is recommended to initially administer a small volume at the lowest concentration. Ensure adequate fluid intake.

Preparation and administration
For probe and oral use:
- Measure the required amount of hot water into a tightly sealed container with a lid. The powder must be reconstituted in hot water (45-50°C) to facilitate complete dissolution. Measure the temperature with a thermometer or mix boiling water and cold running water in a 1:1 ratio to reach this temperature (do not use hot water directly from the tap);
- weigh the prescribed amount of powder;
- add the weighed powder to the water. Close the sterile container with the cap and shake vigorously until the powder is completely dissolved;
- Carefully remove the lid. Chill in the refrigerator if desired and use within 24 hours of preparation.
Shake or stir before use. Sedimentation is normal with this type of formula. If administered via tube, it is recommended to rinse the tube with warm water (approximately 37°C) between doses. If administered orally, serve chilled.

Warnings
For enteral use only. Do not administer parenterally.
Use only under medical supervision. Use as the sole source of nutrition for children aged 1 to 10 years. Can be used as a dietary supplement for children over 10 years of age.
Monitor for hypoglycemia, kidney stones, hyperlipidemia, and adequate growth.

Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place.
Reclose the jar after use.
Shelf life in unopened packaging: 24 months.
Validity after first opening: 1 month.
