The recommended dose is 1 vial per day, at any time of day (even around meals). It can be diluted in drinks, fruit juices, milk, and baby food (even hot).
Characteristics
The ferments contained in lacto' (baccillus coagulans ATCC 7050), thanks to their natural microencapsulation, cross the stomach barrier and reach the intestine alive and vital, where they are needed to carry out their beneficial action of rebalancing the intestinal bacterial flora.
Taking B vitamins also helps restore the bacterial flora to its natural balance by enhancing the action of lactic ferments.
