Ingredients
Maltodextrin; coating agent (capsule): hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; Lactobacillus acidophilus NCFM (ATCC SD5221), Lactobacillus casei Lc-11 (ATCC SD5213); anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids.
Gluten free.
Naturally lactose free.

How to use
1 capsule per day, to be swallowed with a little water, preferably in the morning with breakfast.
