Description
The disposable lancet is used with the lancing device to collect capillary blood from the fingertip or from alternative sites for blood glucose testing or other tests that use small amounts of blood.
Intended patients: adults and children over 2 years of age.
Intended user: The device is intended for use by professionals and private individuals.
Indications: Suitable for blood glucose monitoring and capillary blood sampling.
Warnings
Do not use if the protective cap has been previously removed from the lancet.
Do not leave the lancet in the lancing devices.
Keep the product out of reach of children.
The lancet is disposable and should not be reused. Reuse of lancets can dull and cause pain.
Do not use the lancet beyond the expiration date.
Dispose of the used lancet in an appropriate container.
Conservation
Shelf life when packaged intact: 60 months.
