Sunflower Lecithin
Description
Sunflower lecithin supplement, with linseed oil and vitamin E. Sunflower lecithin is rich in phospholipids, components of cell membranes, and is known for its ability to emulsify fats (lipids). Linseed oil promotes the metabolism of lipids (cholesterol and triglycerides) and helps maintain the functionality of cell membranes. Finally, vitamin E protects cells from oxidative stress. It does not contain preservatives, colorants, flavorings or synthetic sweeteners.
Ingredients
Sunflower (Helianthus annuus) certified non-GMO seed lecithin (45% phospholipids), flax (Linum usitatissimum) seed oil, natural vitamin E (D-alpha-tocopherol); excipients (softgel): edible gelatin and glycerin.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 softgel three times daily at any time; suggested during meals. Recap tightly after use.
