Description
Dietary supplement. A two-phase product with plant extracts of bacopa, rhodiola, feverfew, and griffonia, as well as theanine, arginine, magnesium, melatonin, and B vitamins. It is useful in cases of deficiency or increased physiological needs of these nutrients. Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. This beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime.

Blue tablet: feverfew [Tanacetum parthenium (L.) Sch. Bip., capsule] dry extract tit. 0.8% parthenolides, magnesium carbonate; bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; L-arginate hydrochloride, Griffonia [Griffonia simplicifolia (DC.) Baill., seed] dry extract tit. 20% 5-HTP: bulking agent: hydroxypropylcellulose; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; vitamin B2 (riboflavin), melatonin; glazing agents: E464, E170, E1521, E553b, E132, E172, E133, E904, E472a, E1201.

How to use
It is recommended to take one red tablet in the morning and one blue tablet in the evening, swallowed without chewing.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
The product contains caffeine and is therefore not recommended for children, pregnant women, or those breastfeeding. E124 may adversely affect activity and attention in children. It is recommended not to exceed the maximum daily caffeine intake of 200 mg from all sources.

Conservation
Store in a cool (<25°C), dry place, away from light and heat sources.
