Lietoson Complex drops is a dietary supplement based on plant extracts and vitamin B6. California poppy, valerian, and lavender promote restful sleep, while passionflower, hawthorn, and lemon balm contribute to the product's effectiveness by promoting relaxation and mental well-being.

Hydroalcoholic extracts (water, alcohol, plant part in D/E ratio = 1/1) of: California poppy (Eschscholtzia californica Cham.) aerial part*, hawthorn (Crataegus oxyacantha Medicus) flowers and leaves*, passionflower (Passiflora incarnata L.) aerial part with flowers*, lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L.) leaves*; stabilizer: glycerol (vegetable); lavender (Lavandula angustifolia Mill.) flower dry extract; valerian (Valeriana officinalis L.) root dry extract, titrated at 0.8% in valerenic acids; aroma, pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6), lavender (Lavandula officinalis Chaix) essential oil.
Alcohol: 25.4% vol.

How to use
- To promote night-time rest: it is recommended to take 40 to 60 drops a day diluted in water, preferably in the evening half an hour before going to bed;
- For physiological relaxation: We recommend taking 20 drops daily diluted in water, in the morning or throughout the day. Since this is a natural product, some sediment may form at the bottom of the bottle; however, this does not affect its quality. Shake the bottle well before use.

Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
