Hydroglyceric extracts (stabilizer: glycerol (vegetable), water, part of: plant in ratio D/E=2/1) of: hawthorn (Crataegus monogyna Jacq. and Crataegus oxyacantha auct.) flowers and leaves, passionflower (Passiflora incarnata L.) aerial part with flowers, lemon balm (Melissa officinalis L.) leaves, lime (Tilia platyphyllos Scop.) flowers; water; stabilizer: glycerol (vegetable); acidifier: citric acid; flavoring, pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6); preservative: potassium sorbate; melatonin, thickener: xanthan gum.

How to use
3-6 years: It is recommended to take 10 drops a day diluted in a little water, preferably in the evening half an hour before bed.
From 6 years onwards: it is recommended to take 20 drops a day diluted in a little water, preferably in the evening half an hour before bed.
To reduce the time it takes to fall asleep, the beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg (20 drops) of melatonin shortly before going to bed.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years.
Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
