Description
Dietary supplement based on magnesium bisglycinate, a source of magnesium in a highly bioavailable chelated organic form, in which magnesium is bonded to two molecules of the amino acid glycine. Enriched with vitamin B6 and selenium for adjuvant action. Magnesium plays a role in cell division processes and promotes electrolyte balance, protein synthesis, and normal muscle function. Together with vitamin B6, it contributes to the functioning of the nervous system, supports normal psychological functions, promotes energy metabolism, and helps combat tiredness and fatigue. Furthermore, it maintains healthy bones and teeth, while selenium contributes to the maintenance of healthy hair and nails and helps protect cells from oxidative stress.

How to use
