Description
Soothing treatment suitable for cleansing and massaging children's skin and particularly sensitive skin. Promotes skin hydration and protection. The fatty acids from almond oil can deeply moisturize even the driest and most chapped skin, restoring softness and, above all, elasticity. With organic almond oil. 100% Italian. Made in Italy. Recommended by AIMI (Italian Infant Massage Association). Cold-pressed sweet almonds, without added chemicals.
Sweet almond oil (Prunus amygdalus dulcis oil): The almond tree is native to central-western Asia. It was introduced to Sicily by the Phoenicians from Greece. It has large, solitary seeds; the fruit is an oval, green drupe containing a spongy seed called an almond. The oil is obtained by cold-pressing the almond, without the use of chemical solvents. It is pale yellow in color and has a sweetish flavor. Due to its high content (95%) of unsaturated fatty acids (oleic and linoleic), it is ideal for enriching the lipid layer of the skin and restoring the moisture barrier of the stratum corneum, promoting normal skin function. Sweet almond oil is widely used for its softening, emollient, nourishing, and soothing properties.

How to use
To cleanse your baby's body, pour a few drops of the product onto gauze or a cotton pad and gently cleanse your baby's skin, paying particular attention to cleansing the skin folds. To massage your baby, after bathing, pour a few drops of the product into the palm of your hand to bring the oil to body temperature. Apply to the baby's still-damp skin and massage with gentle, circular motions. To treat dry skin, add a few drops of the product to the bath water or massage the baby's entire body, applying a few drops of oil to the still-damp skin after a bath or shower.
Pregnancy: The hydrating action of the fatty acids extracted from sweet almonds helps prevent the appearance of stretch marks during and after pregnancy.
Elasticity: Massages with Baby Sweet Almond Oil prevent stretch marks, even during periods of rapid weight loss or gain.
Conservation
Store away from heat sources.
Shelf life in intact packaging: 36 months.
Shelf life after opening: 12 months.
