Ingredients
Bulking agents: microcrystalline cellulose, dicalcium phosphate; valerian dry extract ( Valeriana officinalis L. roots, maltodextrin); anti-caking agents: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, silicon dioxide, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, magnesium salts of fatty acids; melatonin; colouring: iron oxides and iron hydroxides.
Gluten free.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 tablet in the evening, before going to bed.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. With specific reference to the ingredient melatonin, it is specified that: to induce sleep, the beneficial effect is obtained with the intake of 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime, while to alleviate the effects of jet lag, the beneficial effect is obtained with the intake of a minimum of 0.5 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at your destination.
Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place. The best before date applies to properly stored, unopened products.
