Description
Metarecod is a medical device useful for the treatment of metabolic syndrome and the rebalancing of altered metabolic parameters such as cholesterol, triglyceride, glucose levels and abdominal circumference values.
Metarecod, thanks to the combination of all the components of its formulation, works by modifying the physical characteristics of the intestinal contents, diluting the concentration of fats and carbohydrates, and in particular:
- making the absorption of these substances more gradual (retard effect), while also reducing the total quantity absorbed;
- rebalancing the intestinal flora, useful for a more rapid and stable improvement of metabolic functions;
- normalizing intestinal transit, which further promotes the elimination of fats (cholesterol and triglycerides) and carbohydrates (including glucose).
Furthermore, the product reduces the reabsorption of bile acids, helping to rebalance circulating cholesterol levels and, thanks to its viscosity, it interposes itself between the intestinal contents (rich in fats as well as any irritants) and the mucosa, promoting its protection.
All this promotes better nutrient utilization by the liver, promoting the rebalance of blood sugar, cholesterol, and triglycerides, and a reduction in abdominal circumference. This product should be taken in conjunction with a healthy lifestyle that includes a balanced diet and regular physical activity.
Metarecod is a 100% natural and biodegradable medical device, containing no synthetic, semi-synthetic, or genetically modified substances.
Indicated in case of:
- LDL cholesterol levels ≥100 mg/dl or HDL cholesterol levels <40 mg/dl in males and <50 mg/dl in females;
- triglyceride levels ≥150 mg/dl;
- fasting glucose levels <100 mg/dl (IFG) or impaired glucose tolerance (or reduced glucose tolerance) 140-199 mg/dl (IGT);
- high abdominal circumference values ​​even in normal weight subjects (≥94 cm in males and ≥80 cm in females).

Components
Natural complex based on polysaccharide macromolecules (NeoPolicaptil* Gel Retard, 86%); natural orange and peach flavoring; gum arabic; stevia leaf powder.

*NeoPolicaptil Gel Retard is a macromolecular complex resulting from Aboca research, created using a production technology that allows for a 100% natural product without synthetic ingredients.

How to use
Suitable for adults and children aged 8 and over.
Dissolve one sachet in half a glass of water before each main meal. Drink before the resulting liquid forms a gel in the glass. Afterward, drink another half glass of water.
If you forget to take Metarecod before a meal, you can take it during a meal. The product should not be taken directly into the mouth; it should be consumed after dissolving it in water.
During the first few days of use, meteorism may occur which resolves spontaneously as the treatment continues.
For correct use of the product by children under 12 years of age, the presence of an adult is recommended.
Although initial improvements are seen after the first month of therapy, it is recommended to take the product for at least three months. However, the treatment cycle can be repeated several times throughout the year.

Warnings
Do not take the product in case of allergy or individual hypersensitivity to one or more of the following raw materials from which the product components derive: Avena sativa, Opuntia Ficus Indica, Amorphophallus konjac, Althea officinalis, Linum usissimum, Tilia platyphyllos, Cichorium intybus, Stevia rebaudiana, gum arabic.
There are no experimental data on the use of Metarecod during pregnancy and breastfeeding. However, due to the nature of its components, there are no contraindications for taking the product during these conditions.
Please remember that treatment of dysglycemia, dyslipidemia, overweight, and metabolic syndrome during pregnancy must be carried out under medical supervision.
It is recommended to take the product at least two hours after taking medications to avoid a possible interaction with their absorption.

Conservation
Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources and protected from light.
The expiry date refers to the intact and correctly stored product.
Shelf life in intact packaging: 36 months.
