Dietary supplement based on Melatonin, Magnesium, and Zinc. Melatonin helps reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. Magnesium contributes to normal psychological function, and Zinc contributes to normal cognitive function. Melatonin also helps alleviate sleep disturbances due to jet lag.

How to use
Pour the contents of one sachet into 150 ml of water, stirring well until completely dissolved. Take one sachet daily, preferably before bedtime.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. For optimal use of this product, consult your doctor. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
The beneficial effect on reducing the time it takes to fall asleep is achieved by taking 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime. The beneficial effect on jet lag is achieved by taking a minimum of 0.5 mg shortly before bedtime on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at your destination.
Do not take in case of known hypersensitivity to one or more components of the product.
