MYOINOSITOL Powder
A dietary supplement of inositol and vitamins, particularly rich in vitamins B12, B1, and B6, which support the functioning of the nervous system and psychological function, as well as supporting, along with vitamin B5, normal energy metabolism. Vitamin B12, along with folic acid, plays a role in the process of cell division, while, together with vitamin B6, it contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system, homocysteine metabolism, and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin B6 also plays a role in the proper metabolism of proteins and glycogen, the synthesis of cysteine, and the regulation of hormonal activity.
How to use
We recommend taking one scoop (4 g) diluted in water once a day at any time; recommended on an empty stomach or approximately 30 minutes before meals.
