Vitamin C contributes to the normal formation of collagen for the normal function of cartilage. Creatinine increases physical performance in case of repetitive, high intensity and short duration activities.
The beneficial effect is obtained with the intake of 3 g of creatine (equal to 3 sachets per day). This dosage is intended for adults who practice intense physical exercise.

How to use
The recommended daily dose is 3 sachets per day.
Dissolve the contents of one sachet in a glass of water.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach and sight of children under 3 years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
