How to use
One tablet per day, swallowed with water, even between meals. Multicentrum Donna 50+ can be taken even for extended periods. The swallowable Multicentrum Donna 50+ tablet can be conveniently divided into two parts for easier intake, using the practical cutting guide.

Warnings
Do not use if the aluminum foil is damaged when opening the cap. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.

Conservation
